ABOUT THE BLOG

For years, I have had a passion for writing. I originally planned to go to college on a pre-med track and be the first in my family to work in healthcare as a physician. Before choosing my major, I realized I no longer had the passion for medicine as I once did.

 

I enrolled in university as an English major with a focus on writing. My decision was a shock to a few in my life. But what can I say? That little girl that wanted to be an author, well, she never went away.

 

I created Life of A College Student with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind and the experiences I have while I'm working on my degree. I believe organizing my thoughts would be most helpful while doing the thing I love the most, putting the jumble of words in my brain on paper, or in this case, on a blog.
